A friend, and a client, Nazia Hussain (her friends know her as Naz) who is an IT consultant by day and cooking enthusiast otherwise, will be starting her new monthly column in PS Magazine.
Naz, has been keen to start her own baking business for some time and over the years, has been developing her own gluten free recipes in baking sweets and savoury putting her own stamp of exotic spices and ingredients. The result: sumptuous brownies, almond cakes, and gluten free meals which I had the pleasure of tasting.
Recently, at the end of Level 1 Creative Meditation class that I teach, Naz invited us all to her home, where we were treated with wonderful gluten free meal prepared by her using organic products, 'celebrating' end of course.
A to Z of Nosh
Naz will be writing about different ingredients, herbs, and food products that she uses in her recipes. Each month, going through the alphabet, she will be exploring their properties stating which are safe for gluten intolerant and diabetic etc., where applicable and sharing with us one of her new, easy to make, recipes each month so you can try them at home.
So, remember to visit A to Z of Nosh, by Naz beginning of June.
