I don't remember much from a reading after I have done it, so I can't remember what came through about your guides and past lives. However, why don't you consider looking for classes to develop your abilities where you are? Such as psychic development or meditation, or even a mediumship circle in a spiritual church near where you are. Anything like that would help you on your spiritual path, and finding out more.

There are also videotapes by Dick Sutphen, which was introduced to by Merryn, my former teacher, and friend. I used them many years ago, and they are really brilliant, you may wish try them, (the usual cautionary remarks- exercise your own judgement, hypnosis is not for everyone, e.g. epileptics):

Develop Psychic Ability Now, and Channel For The Light. I also had so much fun with these two -  Past-Life Regression, and Automatic Writing.

And, remember as you start learning about meditation and mediumship, it is advisable to first start in a class under guidance, so you can learn how to open up and close in a safe protected way.
