Do You Create Your Day? by Khaled Bazzi
By Khaled Bazzi

Khaled interprets dreams and has designed and developed his own divination cards. He had various powerful experiences and trained in shamanic journeying techniques, which have inspired him to write and share his thoughts with others.

Back in March, I was invited by Sahar to see a preview of 'What the bleep do we know?’ a wonderful film which discusses how spirituality and physics, notably quantum physics, could be linked.  Little did I know then what impact it would have on my life.

The film resonated for me, as I find quantum mechanics fascinating and prior to the film, was already becoming aware of possible links between physics and spirituality.

Dr Joe Dispenza

However, what struck me the most in the film were comments by Dr Joe Dispenza's about how he consciously creates his day every morning when he wakes up. Particularly by his choice of words, this is how he put it:

'I'm taking this time to create my day and I'm infecting the quantum field'

He also mentioned asking for a sign that his conscious act of creating his day is working.  He goes on to say that as a result of asking for this sign

'little things happen that are so unexplainable, I know that they are the process or the result of my creation.'

These words continued to resound with me for days after I'd seen the film, so I decided to try out the process for myself. Every morning for the last two months or so, I've started my day in a similar way as mentioned above, and have asked for a sign too.  At times, the results have been amazing.  I have had ideas and inspirations that I've never had before, and new opportunities seem to be opening up for me.

The signs I've asked for have astounded me; events, messages, signs, clues, things that you couldn't possibly look for, have all popped out at me as I've gone about my daily routine.  Signs which have left me 100% sure that co-creating my day certainly works, that we are connected to creative forces well beyond our physical selves, and that these energies can help us in co-creating a different reality.

But the message goes beyond that.  'I infect the quantum field' are words that resounded so profoundly for me because of my need for scientific fact, even when it comes to spiritual matters. With spirituality, belief creates evidence.  My male logical brain has always wanted it the other way round.

What I'm getting at is what you often hear: it has to be right for you.  Dr Joe Dispenza's words rang a bell for me because he elegantly verbalised what I've been searching for.  I have approached many practices with an open mind;  this one seems to be taking me somewhere, and that's the first time in ages it's felt that way.

When you finally find something that works for you, it’s certainly a revelation, and a good reason to keep at it.

'What the bleep do we know?' is on UK release from the 20th May.
