In summer 2006 Dr. Lad will offer a Summer Intensive Program for Europeans in Germany, in response to the increased demand from European doctors and Ayurvedic therapists. The Seminar will be held in English.
From 26th – 30th July 2006, Euroved will be hosting a 5-day intensive Ayurveda workshop with Dr. Vasant Lad in Maria Laach, near Frankfurt, Germany.
The programme includes five different seminars on:
- Gynaecological problems and their Ayurvedic treatment - e.g. infertility and the Ayurvedic psycho somatic answer
- Diagnostic and therapeutic value of Marma chikitsa
- Ayurvedic approach to cancer without using invasive therapies
- Ayurvedic dermatology, a mind-body medicine
- Autoimmune diseases, aetiology, pathology and Ayurvedic therapy
Dr. Vasant Lad is a world-renowned expert in Ayurvedic Medicine practice and theory. Born in the birthplace of Ayurveda itself, he has practiced Ayurveda in Pune, India and around the world for the past twenty years.
He is author of numerous books, including “Self-healing in Ayurveda“, “The Ayurveda Book of Healing”, “The Ayurveda Plant Medical Science“; and he frequently holds seminars and workshops all over the world. Dr. Lad currently is Director of the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he has been lecturing on Ayurveda for more than twenty years.
