It’s New Year and as we entered 2005, I thought to myself, what do I need to do to carry myself forward during the coming twelve months? Then I thought, I need to be in the now facing where, what and how I am. 

Great stuff, but how can I do it in a nice, easy way? Then I thought to myself; I know, I’m going to eliminate a number of words from my vocabulary that seem to trap me every time.

So, I’m going to list a few for a starter! And, here they are:

Should

Could

Ought

Must

If only ..

Yes, but ..

I can’t

It’s difficult

Can you add to the list? Then an old saying by my guidance H-A came to mind and I thought it could… it should ...oh dear, I thought I must… there, I’ve done it 3 times already. Naughty Neate!!!

Let’s get it right. I am going to share a lovely quotation by my guidance, H-A which says:

I am Love

And through that Love I extend Love to all others

I am Forgiveness

And through that Forgiveness I forgive all others

I am respect

And through that Respect I respect all others

I am Love.
