Thanks for your newsletter glad you are well. How did you TV thing go??

Just a quick update for you I sent for and last night received Asandra's Contacting & Working With Your Spirit Guides primer as you suggested. Anyway I had a go last night and did the automatic writing. I got my Nan through which was non scary and nice but a bit bizarre.

The pen kind of moves by itself and yet not by itself! I asked if I was making it up and she wrote no you're not, ha ha ha!! After she spelt her name and I realised who it was I kind of lost concentration and broke the trance, so I'll go back to it tonight.

It was easy like you said, I found my mind still wandered a bit though; does this get easier with practice? I am going to try and do it every day as you said and see how I go.

Is there anything that I really should or should not do at this stage??

How amazing! You are a natural! Well, keep practising, if you can think f questions during the day, write them down for when you sit and channel. You can ask about anything, including about who your guides are, what to eat, what to do, etc. They love to be included in our daily life. Always ask and do protect yourself when you ‘open up’ for inspiration. Tony Neate’s book Channelling For Everyone is great at explaining all this too.

The BBC TV expereince was baptism by fire! Now that it is over, it seems like a dream. It was unnerving to begin with, as first experience, everyone was so welcoming, professional and friendly it made all seem so straight forward and enjoyable. The show appeared during Daily Politics programme, BBC2 during the Labour Conference week. I hope to have pictures and clips from BBC later on, to post on the web site.
