About Me
I was born in Cairo and educated in the US, England and France. I studied Civil Engineering and Business Administration, worked in advertising & brand management as Account Director handling multimillion-dollar accounts; but my instincts are artistic. I write poetry, much of which has been published in various poetry magazines; and I play the piano.
Experiencing the trauma of war during the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait was a major turning point in my life. Such an unexpected trauma provoked many questions about destiny versus free will, changed my outlook on life and my beliefs; and forged my interest in spiritual development and personal awareness; hence the colour of my approach.
Over the years, and in response to my clients' needs; I developed my own integrative approach, what I call Life Readings; which provide an accurate and wholistic perspective of a client’s life, trends and personal patterns; my Tools for Life program provides them with further tailor-made and effective support & guidance to overcome specific issues and obstacles.
My practice originally based in Mayfair, London; developed just through discreet word of mouth. In November 2000, The Mayfair Times referred to me as "Mayfair's Best Kept Secret".
My training and life’s journey has been influenced by wonderful mentors, namely my former teacher and friend Merryn Jose (founder of MerlianNews.com), and Keith Casburn (author of The Principals of The Universe & Izaris) and is further enriched by attending courses, seminars and studying with the following:
- MNSHS- A four Year Certificate Training Program (CTP) in Holistic Studies.
- The Silva Method Mind Course (completed the whole series, including Alpha training).
- The Healing Tao Energy Practices with Master Mantak Chia, founder of The Healing Tao.

I have also conducted joint workshops in London with Jill Wood (dream analyst for more than 20 years) on Dream Analysis; and with Dr Jude Currivan PhD (a cosmologist, healer & author).I am passionate about the tradition of reading Turkish Coffee Grounds, the art of intuiting guidance from abstract patterns, authored a book on the subject, Your Future in a Coffee Cup: The Art of Divining with Coffee Grounds; and conducted several workshops and talks at schools, associations, and holistic festivals in London.
Currently, I am writing a series of e-books. As such, no workshops are planned but I continue to give individual Master Classes to clients who are interested in developing specific areas of interest. In this way, each participant can develop, safely, under supervision, and receive individual attention.
